Route 66 Laguna Cut-off Tingley Letter

This is a letter that Clyde Tingley, as Superintendent of Maintenance for the Third District, wrote to Governor A. T. Hannett regarding creating a road between Albuquerque and Laguna, which has been identified as the Laguna Cut-off.
This is considered as the origin letter for the cut-off.
